Web Maintenance Support Contracts
We offer various levels of support and maintenance if required. Our basic web maintenance packages are shown below. However we are very flexible and can tailor these to your specific needs. Please contact us for more information and for any specific requirements.
If you need to have your website content or design updated on a regular basis but don't have the budget or requirement to employ your own full time web designer, we have the solution, consider us your part time member of staff for a period of time each month.
Pay as you Go Website Maintenance.
Need your website updated quickly or have some changes you would like made as a one off
£35.00 per hour
Bronze Maintenance Package
Includes 2 (two) hours of website maintenance per month. This service covers website backups, alterations, updates and repairs.
£50.00 per month (Quarterly Contract)
Silver Maintenance Package
Includes 3 (three) hours of website maintenance per month. This service covers website backups, alterations, updates and repairs.
£67.50 per month (Quarterly Contract)
Gold Maintenance Package
Includes 4 (four) hours of website maintenance per month. This service covers website backups, alterations, updates and repairs.
£80.00 per month (Quarterly Contract)
Platinum Maintenance Package
Includes 8 (eight) hours of website maintenance per month. This service covers website backups, alterations, updates and repairs.
£140.00 per month (Monthly Contract)
How does it Work?
Simple, if you need or expect to need regular work carried out to maintain your websites content, presentation or efficient operation but don't require a full time in house webdesigner, you can hire our services on a regular basis at a reduced rate.
In effect we become a part time member of staff and will carry out whatever changes or updates you specify in your monthly time.
You can choose to have your maintenance carried out at any time within each monthly period, however we do require that each segment of work be in groups of a minimum of two hours at a time (except the Pay as you go option). This means that if you selected the Platinum option you could have four different two hour maintenance periods within any given month.
Maintenance contracts are pre-purchased on a quarterly or monthly basis and can be cancelled at any time by the client.
We will take on web maintenance contracts on websites that we did not develop subject to mutual agreement.
